Nic has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge of the building and property development industry with more than 30 years experience.

He has a refined ability to recognise profitable opportunities within the real estate market and has had direct involvement in site acquisition, including successful negotiations with landowners.

Nic’s experience as a qualified builder has enabled him to identify and implement cost saving solutions on all projects.

He has also achieved many successful outcomes from mediations with local council in relation to development applications.
